Herman Friendship Cake Catastrophe...

So mum received a friendship cake thing from a friend which is like some sort of 'chain mail' type thing but with food =/ anyway, so yesterday was day 10 which is the end of the process, and she decided to make one of the portions a carrot cake. When pouring in the oil (instead of regular fat for a cake) she managed to read 2 - 3 cups of oil rather than TWO THIRDS of a cup of a oil. However, she only realised this AFTER we'd put it into the oven and baked it...

So now this cake has a new home in the bin. So much for friendship cake ahaha....
